Blackburn FC Football Shirts
Blackburn FC are a professional football team who play in the Premier league in England. Blackburn Rovers are one of only four clubs who have won the Premier league since it’s inception. This feat is quite fitting given that Blackburn Rovers Football Club were one of the 12 original members of the football league back in 1988-89.
The New Blackburn Away Kit
The latest release of the Blackburn kit is the
new Blackburn away kit 2008-09
. A change from the old red and black away shirt this new kit is dark blue in colour. The New Blackburn kit is made by umbro and features a blue and white vertical stripe down the centre of the top. The new shirt sponsors Crown is on the front alongside the Blackburn rovers badge.
There is yet to be an announcement of when the new Blackburn home kit will be released but I would imagine it will be very similar to the previous version but with Crown on the front of the shirt.
Blackburn Retro Kit
With a club like Blackburn Rovers who have been around from the very beginning of the Football League there is an amazing amount of Retro shirts available. Among the favourites is

This is a classic shirt in the traditional blue and white half shirt. Unfortunately the result did not go Blackburns way that day losing 3-0 to Wolves but a great Retro shirt never the less.
