Club Deportivo Toluca also known simply as Toluca, is a Mexican professional football club. Toluca's stadium is a 27,000capacity ground called the Estadio Nemesio Díez Toluca localized in Toluca, State of Mexico in Mexico. Toluca plays in the Primera División de México and has been champion eight times.

History
Club Deportiva Toluca were formed in March 1917 by the Ferrat Brothers, Roman and Gerardo along with Filberto Navas. The club entered the old second division in 1950 winning promotion three years later to the top division.
The club had early success winning the championship in 1966 and 1967 but only won the championship once in the next 29 years. 1998 began a period of success, where the club won 5 championship trophies in seven years. The last was in 2005 when the club defeated CF Monterrey 6-3 on aggregate to lift the trophy.
