Rumour has it that Dr Shinawatra wants to add some Thai flavour to the Man City Club crest. The question you have to ask is this. Does Dr Shiniwatra realise the importance of tradition in football and in particular English football?
Do the fans really want the club crest to include Thai text. I would expect not. Why not share your views on the subject here. Would the Latin for Pride in Battle be replaced by some ancient Thai proverb or has Dr Shinawatra made a huge error of judgement on the feeling of the fans who have supported the club through thick and thin.
